“Chat N Relax Gives Back” is a special “limited giveaway” program that is presented to the community randomly. The purpose of “Chat N Relax Gives Back” is to allow a way for someone to have services that otherwise he or she may not have due to various reasons.

5th Year in Business Service Giveaway: (Jan 3rd 2021 to Jan 13th, 2021) 2 new counseling clients (one male/one female) offered 5 free sessions & one new massage & bodywork therapy client offered 1 free 1 hour massage.

To be eligible for:
5 free Counseling sessions
– 16yrs and up
– A New Jersey resident
– Individual Counseling (No couples/Family)
– No insurance or has an out of network insurance with practice currently
– Must be able to meet at office in Matawan (Covid policies in place)
– Not a direct family member, friend, or associate of myself (Note: a family member, associate, or friend’s colleague, etc is acceptable for example).
– Not a previous client and/or currently pending client to start services soon
– No current or pending legal issues/ charges that requires counseling (as this requirement is facilitated by PO or a legal entity)

1 Free Massage Therapy Session
– 18yrs and up
– Ideally for someone who has never had a professional massage before (but not a must)
– Medically cleared to have massage with no health states, diagnosis, or conditions that massage may be inappropriate for
– Not a direct family member, friend, or associate of myself (Note: a family member, associate, or friend’s colleague, etc is acceptable for example)

Please put “5th Year Counseling” or “5th Year Massage” in subject line for the service you are interested in.

In the email, please write your (and/or youth’s) name, age, contact information, and no more than two (2) paragraphs as to why you or your youth would benefit from the service.

I will start taking emails as of this posting and stop accepting them Sunday, January 13th at 12pm.

I will contact the 3 new clients via email and/or phone by January 20th that he or she have been selected.

All emails sent to me will get a reply back even if not selected to confirmed I received it.
